Meet
Our Doctor
Dr.
Wes Moore's intent
to be the best in his field is demonstrated by his continuing post
graduate education. As a result of his efforts he has attained
Fellowship status in the Academy of General Dentistry. This is an honor
that only about two dozen dentist have achieved in the whole state of
Arkansas! Dr. Moore has studied with some of the most knowledgeable and
well-respected dentists in the world and looks forward to sharing his
abilities with you and your family.
Dr.
Moore has been married to the former Staci Stancil of Fort Smith since
1984. They have boy-girl twins-Collin and Kirby.
Dr.
Moore is active with his children's activities, his church and the
Community Dental Clinic. He enjoys outdoor sports and motorcycle riding.
Of course, he is especially interested in helping people have healthy
and beautiful smiles.

I have been a patient of Dr. Moore’s for many
years. As my teeth began to deteriorate, due to a dry mouth
condition, I decided to go with dentures.
Dr. Moore suggested implants with the lower
denture to hold it in place. Having the implants was the best decision I
have ever made. They stay in place and I can eat anything. They are so
natural looking, most people are surprised that they are dentures.

My name is Carmalita Shields. I
am a married 31-year-old mother of 2. My whole life from childhood to
present day, I have had one uncontrollable fear, going to the dentist!
From simple cleanings to having major work done, it was always the
same. I would rather live with the excruciating pain of a horrible
toothache than step foot into a dentist office. I tried several
dentists who would start out somewhat sympathetic to my phobia but the
sympathy would soon turn into frustration. I would sometimes just get
up and walk out, but ultimately I would never go back. About a year ago
I walked into Dr. Moore’s office with the same reservations as always,
expecting a fake welcome and a “sure we will be so patient” I usually
got from all the rest. Well sure enough his nurse walked me to the
back, stayed with me the whole time reassuring me everything would be
ok. I was thinking, “That won’t last”. Then I met Dr. Moore, same
story, but they had no idea they didn’t stand a chance. Now the year
has gone by and I am some what confused because through all of my
nonnegotiable demands and my high maintenance, due to my fear and
phobia, that comes along with treating me, I still receive the same
compassionate, at my own pace treatment, every time I show up at their
door. This day and age everything is about the almighty dollar, but I
have never once had that feeling with Dr. Moore. I could never express
my gratitude and appreciation enough to Dr. Moore and Tanyia. My phobia
is still as bad as always but the trust I have gained is immeasurable.
I am at awe that they treat me the exact same as if it is my first
visit. When I am there it is all about me and my needs, which makes me
feel better because I have never had that before. I will continue to be
a patient myself as well as my husband. I refer anyone I can to Dr.
Moore without reservation. To put it simple “Thank You Dr. Moore,
Tanyia and the whole complete staff, for making every visit as
comfortable as the last. I know I am extra work for everyone there but
thank you for making me feel special and not a burden. You will never
know what you mean to me and my family”.
